You can add funds to your Cashmo account in any of these ways (Important: wire transfers are not accepted):


  • Cash Deposit (Cash Load):  A fast way to add funds to your Cashmo account is to make a Cash Deposit at a local retailer. Cash Deposit is available at thousands of locations nationwide, including many convenience stores, grocery stores, and other retailers. Funds are added to your account within about 20 minutes. Sign in to your account, and from the menu, select Account >> Cash Deposit.


  • Bank Transfer (ACH):  If you have another bank account, you can transfer funds into your Cashmo account. Sign in to your Cashmo account, and from the menu, select Account >> View Profile. There you will find your Routing Number and Account Number - make a note of them. Then, sign in to your other bank account, and initiate a bank-to-bank (or bill pay) transfer, using the Routing and Account numbers of your Cashmo account. Bank (ACH) transfers typically take 1-3 business days.  Note: When transferring funds from another bank account, you must always "push" funds from your other bank account into your Cashmo account, by initiating the transfer from your other bank account; you cannot "pull" funds from your other bank account by initiating the process from within Cashmo.


  • Direct Deposit from Employer:  If your employer offers Direct Deposit of your payroll checks, ask them to deposit your payroll into your Cashmo account. You’ll need to give them your Cashmo Routing and Account numbers (see above).


  • From Another Cashmo User: Cashmo users can send funds to each other instantly! To receive money, make sure the sender knows your email address or mobile phone number. To send money, sign in to your account, and from the menu, select Send Money >> Send to Cashmo User.
