How do I contact Cashmo?
Cashmo customer service is provided online by our HelpCenter via chat or email. Cashmo HelpCenter agents are people and automated assistants who work together to answer questions 24 hours a day, every day.
To use our online chat, look for the Chat button in the lower right corner of our HelpCenter page. Once you've started a chat, you'll also see an option at the top of the chat window to continue the conversation via email, if you prefer.
