How do I report a lost or stolen card?

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately sign in to your account and verify:


  • CardSwitch is OFF.
  • In CardSwitch Settings, your CardSwitch Mode is set to Require CardSwitch ON for all transactions.


This helps prevent unauthorized use of your card.


If you find your card, you can continue using it by temporarily turning CardSwitch ON as needed for transactions.
